The Bank of Commerce has been a part of the Texas landscape since 1929. The Bank offers important services to support and improve productivity using state of the art technologies to facilitate financial settlement as well as delivering to customers real time financial reporting for banking transactions.

The Goal

Under pressure to update their online presence to a wider base of customer, the Bank of Commerce needed a change. Along with a revamp of their external website to attract new customers they also wanted to expand and update their online Billpay system for their existing ones. A long time client of Razorfive, the Bank of Commerce entrusted Razorfive to do both.

Our solution

First came the bigger of the two projects, after reaching a comprehensive list of new features, including many new ones and sweeping improvements to old ones a new UI was designed which allowed better access to data with viewing & search features which previously did not exist. The new system included the ability to view all processed checks online, check21, complex payment schedules, advanced features for large merchants, and a new security system with 512k encryption utilizing a sitekey.

The external customer website required a completely new look to reach new customers and to impress them with the enhanced features of their new online Billpay system.

With an amazing number of new features together with a slick improved UI for its online Billpay system, the Bank of Commerce was able to provide existing customers with enormous improvements in both functionality and new features saving them both time and money. With help from Razorfive’s design & development teams Bank of Commerce has seen expansion in traffic as well as customer growth and longer stays by visitors for its customer site.
