Littlefield Ranch manufactures, markets and distributes a wide variety of premium steaks. Their products are custom cut and packaged to serve the needs of various markets. Littlefield Ranch has been a family business since 1917.

A Rising Star

Littlefield Ranch began as a fledgling start-up by Alex O’Brien, a professional tennis player and Wimbleton double’s campion.  He needed a solution to sell his high-quality products online. Having nothing more than a few drafts and an idea, Littlefield Ranch approached Razorfive to provide an online store that would rival and surpass many well-established competitors. Razorfive’s challenge was to do something better.

Our Solution

We came up with a shopping cart from the ground up, having a distinctive set of features and a user interface that were both simple and effective. Our solution had to impress the user with superior merits of the product and the ease to purchase them.

Littlefield Ranch saw tremendous growth in the first year of business and has expanded every year since. The site has undergone a second major redesign, where Razorfive  implemented changes and fine-tuning.  Littlefield Ranch’s site is better than ever and an example of design and functionality supplied by Razorfive.

DepositPlus is a leader in the development of technologies that drive the payments industry. Unique in their industry, they offer a single source for payment solutions, eliminating the need to establish multiple relationships with banks, credit card processors, gateways and back-end processing companies.

Our Challenge

Facing fierce competition and high demand from their customers, DepositPlus needed a new solution to integrate electronic checking along side their credit card processing business. Razorfive was approached to integrate the two services into a new system, merging them under one comprehensive user interface.

Our Solution

After assessing their needs, Razorfive developed a working set of features and decided it would be both necessary and prudent to design a new site rather than applying the features to their traditional service. The new site featured an updated design and custom functionality in the administrative and merchant access that allowed both services to work in parallel. The site permits their existing merchants to take advantage of a new service for clearing and processing electronic checks, while at the same time, providing enhanced function to their existing service.

Gains, Gains, and More

DepositPlus has seen growth in the number of merchants using their payment service by providing them with a larger set of payment options. The improved site is a testament to the design and function created by Razorfive.

Our Customer

The Bank of Commerce has been a part of the Texas landscape since 1929. The Bank offers important services to support and improve productivity using state of the art technologies to facilitate financial settlement as well as delivering to customers real time financial reporting for banking transactions.

The Goal

Under pressure to update their online presence to a wider base of customer, the Bank of Commerce needed a change. Along with a revamp of their external website to attract new customers they also wanted to expand and update their online Billpay system for their existing ones. A long time client of Razorfive, the Bank of Commerce entrusted Razorfive to do both.

Our solution

First came the bigger of the two projects, after reaching a comprehensive list of new features, including many new ones and sweeping improvements to old ones a new UI was designed which allowed better access to data with viewing & search features which previously did not exist. The new system included the ability to view all processed checks online, check21, complex payment schedules, advanced features for large merchants, and a new security system with 512k encryption utilizing a sitekey.

Our Success

The external customer website required a completely new look to reach new customers and to impress them with the enhanced features of their new online Billpay system.

Ready for Business

With an amazing number of new features together with a slick improved UI for its online Billpay system, the Bank of Commerce was able to provide existing customers with enormous improvements in both functionality and new features saving them both time and money. With help from Razorfive’s design & development teams Bank of Commerce has seen expansion in traffic as well as customer growth and longer stays by visitors for its customer site.
